Founder Jeff Neal has been assembling captive insurance companies since 2005. To date, his team has formed or manages 85 captives, both small and traditional.
Cincinnati partner Andrew Logan first became involved with the off-shore captive insurance industry in 1994. In 2008 he established Domestic Captive Services, LLC to assist clients in setting up and operating on-shore small insurance companies. In 2010, DCS merged with Neal's company to leverage their networks of professional service providers, client contacts and referral sources.
